CORPORATE ROADIES: The event is a Fresher programme organised by their seniors every year to embrace, break the barriers & pool out best talent & skills to the fore from the incumbents in order to nurture them over a period of time in their areas of interest other than academics. Since its inception SHREE MEDHA COLLEGE has constantly pursued this initiative in its objective & vision to impart 360-degree quality-based path breaking education & student progression & support initiatives.

Falcon: This event was organised in 2021 as in a confluence of all types of events which included academic,cultural,artistic,cooking,photography language & literary & business plan related events. The unique thing being this was organised completely online on zoom platform during challenging times of covid-19 pandemic. Thereby giving students of management programme hands on opportunity to turn adversity into opportunity.

Case Study Marathon: This initiative was launched in 2022 with a purpose to provide students opportunity to have case-based learning. The whole idea was to ensure that students get to interact with faculties & their colleagues in class as to what could be a best analysis & solution to an underlying corporate problem. This leads to sharp ignition of critical thinking, deep analytics & problem solving.

Retailing Expo: This event was conducted in 2022 which was a inter programme outreach programme, this entails to teach the BCA programme students how actually retailing in market space takes place & evokes ideas as to these how ideas are implemented & how they can be transform the way Technology touches business to make it easy for all the stake holders.

Innovators inertia: Is a skill-based event which is organised to test the ability of students in the area of business innovation & creativity, multiple rounds of activities are proscribed throughout the event to bring out the best brain with best business ideas.Inculcating out of the box thinking & providing critical competitive edge to the students of management programme is the idea.
